Key Account Manager, IoT Software, Nordics

Are you excited about new IoT solutions being developed by Nordic companies? Would you like to help them succeed by providing unique solutions for software quality assurance and developer productivity?

In that case, you might be our new Key Account Manager for the Nordic region.

Our customers develop smart products of all kinds, often with IoT connectivity, where embedded software is a critical part. Our products help embedded software teams by providing a new level of visual insight from the software in action, during development, testing and even in deployment. This allows for rapid resolution of remaining software issues and data-driven product improvements.

You will be responsible for expanding our Nordic customer base, primarily in Sweden, with a focus on strategic accounts for Percepio DevAlert. This is a software IP that customers integrate in their IoT devices, connected to a cloud service that is provided as a subscription. Customer meetings are mostly online, but can also be on-site when appropriate. You will work closely with the company management team and also with technical staff that supports you with product demos and technical questions. The position requires a general understanding of software development and embedded systems. You are proficient in English and Swedish.

Field Application Engineer, Embedded Software

We are looking for an experienced embedded software engineer to strengthen our customer-facing team. You will get in contact with many interesting companies that are developing embedded and IoT software for all sorts of smart applications, all over the world, and help them leverage Percepio products for improved quality assurance and productivity in their software development.

For this position, we need a person with good teaching and communication skills. You find it rewarding to explain technical solutions to fellow engineers and help them getting started with our products. You will get to provide a whole new visual perspective for customer developers, letting them spot issues and improvements right away, so our customer meetings are usually very rewarding. You will work closely together with sales and development and have an important role in securing sales and providing feedback to our developer team.

The position includes product demonstration, customer support and customer integration projects (typically in-house). This requires good knowledge and experience of embedded processors, C programming for embedded systems (RTOS and/or embedded Linux platforms) and a general understanding of debugging tools. Professional communication skills are required, in English (mandatory) and Swedish (preferred).

Embedded Software Engineer

We are expanding our development team with another embedded software developer. This position is mainly focusing on our TraceRecorder library, an important part of our products Tracealyzer and DevAlert, that is integrated in customer products. This is a relatively small but important piece of software, where code quality, efficiency, documentation and portability are very important.

You will work closely with experienced developers on improving the TraceRecorder library, porting it to new platforms, providing an SDK for 3rd party integrations and related testing tools.

The position requires good knowledge and experience of C programming on RTOS platforms, embedded processors, and a good understanding of C compilers and debuggers. Knowledge of C# and Python is a plus, but not mandatory.

You are a team player with good analytical skills, who takes pride in your work. You are proficient in English (mandatory) and Swedish (preferred)

Full Stack Developer

Join our cloud development team and help us build our new generation products for IoT device developers. This position is initially focusing on Percepio DevAlert and may include both backend and frontend development. You will work closely with our cloud architect and will have a major role in the design and implementation of our future cloud solutions.

The position requires good knowledge and experience of C# (.NET Core) in combination with public and private cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenStack and Kubernetes. Good Linux skills are required.

You are a team player with good analytical skills, who takes pride in your work. You are proficient in English (mandatory) and Swedish (preferred)
