Percepio Products RTOS Support

Percepio Products (including but not limited to Percepio Tracealyzer, Percepio Detect, Percepio Profile, Percepio DevAlert, and as updated from time to time) are licensed to the Customer for use by User(s) under the Percepio End User License Agreement (EULA). This policy document provides further information on the availability of licenses, evaluation versions, updates and upgrades, technical support obligations and product warranties under the EULA, for the different product life cycle stages of Percepio Products RTOS Support / Target Platforms.

DEFINITIONS OF PERCEPIO PRODUCTS RTOS SUPPORT

BETA or EARLY ACCESS – shall mean a Percepio product, or RTOS support package that extends capabilities of a Percepio product, that is not yet in General Availability phase. Any use of a BETA or EARLY ACCESS product version is at the Customer’s own risk, and is delivered by Percepio as-is, without any technical support obligations or product warranties, whether expressed or implied.

ACTIVE or GENERAL AVAILABILITY – shall mean a Percepio product including named RTOS support packages, for which a Customer holding a license to the Percepio product that includes technical support and assistance, is entitled to receive such support under the terms of the license and EULA. RTOS support packages that are active for Percepio Tracealyzer are presented on the Percepio website (https://percepio.com/tracealyzer/os-support/) and this list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. Percepio may provide updates to named RTOS support packages, which will then be available to Customers under the EULA terms.

END OF LIFE (EOL) – shall mean a named RTOS support package to a Percepio product that is removed from general availability per above. Percepio offers to license Percepio products also if the intended use by Customer is interoperability with a EOL RTOS support package, but such delivery by Percepio under such licensing is strictly as-is, without any technical support obligations or product warranties, whether expressed or implied. Percepio specifically waives any obligations of interoperability between a Percepio product and an EOL RTOS support package. Percepio will not provide updates or upgrades to an EOL RTOS support package, whether Percepio is made aware of interoperability issues or not.

DISCONTINUED – shall mean a Percepio product or RTOS support package to a Percepio product, which is discontinued and no longer made available. Perpetual licenses of Percepio Products will not be affected by the discontinuation of an RTOS support package. Percepio reserves the right to not accept prolongations of support agreement or subscription licenses.
