Percepio Device Firmware Monitor, the new cloud service for software quality assurance in IoT product organizations, has been awarded Best in Show at Embedded World 2019, in the Development Tools category.
Percepio Device Firmware Monitor (DFM) provides IoT vendors with automatic feedback on runtime issues, both during testing and in deployed products. DFM makes it easy to report issues from the device software, resulting in alerts being sent to the developers with both an error message and a diagnostic software trace of the error.
As a DFM subscriber, you can access these software traces directly from Percepio Tracealyzer, thanks to the cloud integration we have added to the latest version of Tracealyzer. Tracealyzer’s visualization and analysis capabilities then help you pinpoint the issue, come up with a solution and verify it. If the bug is serious enough to justify an immediate correction, updated firmware can then be pushed out as an Over-the-Air update to all affected devices.
The Embedded World 2019 Best in Show awards are organized by Embedded Computing Design, an Open Systems Media publication.
