Team Revolve, a student team from NTNU (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology) in Trondheim, has revealed their electric cars for the 2019 competition season. Revolve is one of the top teams in the global Formula Student competition for engineering students, and Percepio is a proud sponsor of the team – they’ve received a number of free academic licenses for Tracealyzer.
The two new cars are the autonomous Atmos (left) and the human-driven Nova (right). Nova is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.2 seconds and tops out at 115 km/h. Maybe even more impressive, the team has managed to trim 18 kg off the weight compared with last year’s car; Nova weighs just 165 kg.
We wish our Norwegian neighbours a merry racing summer 2019!
If you are studying or teaching embedded development, you too may be able to use Tracealyzer for free. You are welcome to check out our Academic Licenses (scroll to bottom of page).
